 January 30, 2026

Wow, 29 days are gone for 2026!  How are you keeping up with your resolutions?

As far as Personal Health Resolutions is concerned, Are you more worried about NIPAH Virus?  than lacking of exercise?  Missing your daily fruit/veggie intake everyday?

This is the reality of life in the Rat Race world:  Everyday, we are bombarded with info, headlines, that potentially affect our future health/happiness. Be it a new Virus, or new tariff, bad weather, a new career opportunity, anyone of these may change the course of my life/your life, and affect your future H/H.

How can we deal with these?

We need WISDOM to prioritize.  We need structured, reminders, accountability system/s to stay on the SMART we set for ourselves before Jan 1, 2026 came.

As far as health perspective is concerned, my estimate of risk of impact to me, between Lacking of exercise, and NIPAH, lacking/missing/reducing exercise will impact my H/H a lot more than NIPAH, in the order of 10x or even higher.  (I have not made a mathematical model to calculate, as I do not have the skill).

Carcinogen Classification. Stuff to avoid

August 22, 2025   We are afraid of dying slowly, ie Dementia, and Cancers.  If there is a way to prevent these, would you be interested?  Many would go for getting to the root causes, and manage exposure to these.  I want to write about cancer causing agents 1st. International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has evaluated >1000 agents and classified them into classes according to likelihood (strength of evidence) as below:       Here is a short YouTube video explaining this table  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WP60nNXqNOo   This time, FOR HEALTH, I bring up about WHAT TO AVOID. to stay in good health (the negatives).  Next week, I should talk about what to GET INTO OUR BODY, or DO to stay in good health (the positives). GROUP 1 means "confirmed" cancer causing agents. Here is the link to the list  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IARC_group_1  as of 2024. Here are some we are familiar with: Viruses - HIV, HPV, He...
