Many people have cholesterol problem, and runs the risk of complication related to it, the key one being heart attack.  When it comes to managing this risk, somehow, most would prefer the arduous way --- the Natural Way.  I wish I can pick up culinary skill as a hobby, but sorry, it is too difficult for me.  Here are some options, if you want to try "The Natural Way"

I must admit I have not tried any of the above, because I don't need it.  So, here it is, if you need to lower your cholesterol, try this diet for 1 month, recheck your cholesterol to see if you need the target your doctor advises you to reach, if not, try harder, or start medicine.

This news about FDA removing warning, actually, did not say that FDA removing the link between Cholesterol and heart disease. Do read the full article.  Cholesterol is still the most important factor for atherosclerosis.

So, eat healthy, and enjoy!
