- Alcohol, total fat in food, adult weight gain are all risk factors for breast cancer.
- Garlic has been proven to prevent Colon cancer; carrot has been proven to prevent cervix cancer.
- Fruit is the item of food that has been shown to protect many cancers, including common cancers like nose, throat, colon, stomach, liver and lung.
- Carrot, pumpkin protects us from cancers of lung, mouth, upper end of throat.
- Salted fish is bad for nose cancer, a cancer that is common among Chinese.
- Smoked food, grilled/barbecued meat, and processed meat/sausage/luncheon meat poses risk to stomach cancer.
